You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind.
The item has to come back sealed and intact. An opened product cannot be taken back. That is the rule across the sealed market: once the seal is gone there is no way to prove the contents are untouched.
If we got it wrong. Damaged on arrival, wrong item, crushed corner or torn film: the return is on us and we replace it or refund you in full. Send a photo and we handle it.
How to start a return. Email us with your order number. We send a prepaid label when the return is on us, and return instructions when it is a change of mind.
Refunds go back to the original payment method within five business days of the item reaching us.
